Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 5-8 business days within the US. Processing time is 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Express shipping: 2-3 business days (add $12 at checkout). Processing still takes 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International shipping takes 10-15 business days. Additional duties and taxes may apply at customs; these are the buyer's responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $6.95. Express shipping adds $12 regardless of order total.

International orders: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Click the link for real-time updates. If you don't see a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 1 hour of placing your order, yes. Email orders@shopiebay.com with your order number and the change needed. After 1 hour, orders move to fulfillment and cannot be modified. You can return the item once received.

Returns and exchanges

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging.

Are returns free?

Yes. All US returns are free. We email a prepaid return label when you initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds process within 5-7 business days. Funds appear on your original payment method within 2-5 business days after processing (bank-dependent).

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Start a return and select "exchange" as the reason. We'll hold the exchanged size for you and ship it once we receive your return.

Are any items non-returnable?

Final sale items (marked on the product page), swimwear, undergarments, earrings (for hygiene), and customized items are non-returnable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email hello@shopiebay.com with photos within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost and process a return label for the damaged item.

Sizing and fit

How do your dresses fit?

Most of our dresses are true to size. We list specific fit notes on each product page (runs small, runs large, bodycon fit, relaxed fit). Size charts are available on every product page.

What if I'm between sizes?

For bodycon, fitted, or stretch dresses: size down. For wrap, A-line, or flowy dresses: size up. For non-stretch dresses: size up.

Do you offer petite or tall?

We offer select petite and tall styles labeled in the product name. Every dress lists its length and can be altered by a tailor for specific heights.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes. We carry XXS-3X across most styles. Plus-size-specific features (extra length, reinforced stitching) are called out in product notes.

How do I know my measurements?

Measure bust (around fullest part), waist (smallest part of torso), hip (fullest part, usually 7 inches below waist). Compare to our size chart.

Payment and pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, and Afterpay are available at checkout for qualifying orders. Split your purchase into 4 payments, no interest.

When am I charged?

Immediately when you place your order. For installment plans, the first payment is charged at checkout and remaining payments at 2-week intervals.

Do you price match?

We'll match any price drop within 14 days of your purchase. Email hello@shopiebay.com with your order number and we'll refund the difference.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Promotions and discount codes

How do I use a discount code?

Enter the code at checkout in the "Discount code" field. One code per order.

Can I stack discount codes?

No. One discount code per order. Codes also can't be combined with sitewide sales in most cases.

Do you offer first-order discounts?

Yes. Sign up for our email list and receive 15% off your first order. The code will arrive via email within minutes.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes, through Student Beans. Verify your student status to unlock 15% off.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, through GovX ID. Verify your service status to unlock 15% off.

Account and membership

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is always available. An account is helpful for tracking orders, faster checkout, and accessing order history.

How do I create an account?

At checkout, select "Create account" or go directly to /account/register. Use your email and choose a password.

How do I reset my password?

Go to /account/login and click "Forgot password." We'll email you a reset link.

Can I unsubscribe from emails?

Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also update email preferences in your account settings.

Product care and quality

How do I care for my dresses?

Specific care instructions are on the label inside each garment. General rule: inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Dry clean or hand wash for silk and satin.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

We prioritize brands using eco-conscious materials where possible. Fabric composition is listed on every product page. We're working toward expanding our sustainable selection each season.

Why do your product photos look different from the dress I received?

We use professional studio lighting. Slight color variations between screen and dress are normal. If your dress significantly differs from the product photo, email us and we'll review.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes. On each sold-out product page, click "Notify me when available" to receive an email if we restock.

Privacy and data

How do you protect my data?

We use encryption and secure payment processing. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. See our privacy policy for full details.

Do you sell my information?

No. We never sell customer data to third parties.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email hello@shopiebay.com and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Business and wholesale

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Email wholesale@shopiebay.com with your business details for pricing and minimum order information.
